Flexitanks IBC Liquid Tanks

BIG BLUE FLEXITANK TM IBCs are used for storage and transportation of non-hazadous liquid products. Each set of our IBC includes outer box and a food grade IBC liner. The liner is made of two layer PE film with load and unload values. The outer box can be high density corrugated paper box or wooden box.
Our IBC liners are made of two layers food grade polyethelene with BSP inlet and outlet. The size of the IBCs range from 220 L to 2000 L according to the denstity of the liquid products. Our IBC liners are manufactured in a clean room environment that ensures the cleanness of the products. Advance heat seal technique is used to ensure the valves are sealed on the films. Filling is accomplished through a 2" valve located at the top center of the liner.The discharge valve is located on the side of the liner to be positioned through the opening of the corrugated box.
Wooden IBC: Our wooden IBC are made of solid treated wood panels. Each set is consolidated by 5 wood frames linked by hinges. It can be recycled for many time because of its durability.
IBC Tank: 1. The raw material of IBC tanks is a special HDPE with excellent cracking resistance(ESCR) property. It is used for loading and transportation of Class 2 dangerous chemicals of maximum density of 1.9g/cm3. 2. Frame and pallet are made of steel bars heat treated and galvanized. It is lightweight and can withstand the impact of external forces. 3. IBC tanks are equipped with corrosion resistant valves. 4. To ensure the safety,the tank lid is equipped with air vent to avoid overpressure.
